How will my order be delivered?

All our orders are delivered by a next-day courier service. We cannot guarantee next day delivery in circumstances beyond our control, however these situations are rare.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. We recommend you let the recipient know to expect a delivery.

Can I send my gift as a surprise?

Yes you can. But you’ll need to consider what will happen if the person you’re surprising isn’t home at the time of delivery.

We’re happy to include instructions on our packaging asking the courier driver to follow instructions. We’ll also ask for a contact telephone number from you when you order, in case the driver is unsure what to do.

In the rare situation that no alternative location can be found, the driver will post a card through the door advising that the parcel has been returned to the delivery depot with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels left if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, or for parcels returned to the depot. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Do I have to be in to receive my order?

Ideally, yes, but through the link the courier sends you, you will be able to designate a safe space where the parcel can be left.

Can I write a gift message?

Of course you can! There will be a box at checkout for you to write a gift note. We include your hand written or printed gift message on a postcard placed inside the box.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship outside of the UK. We do aim to be able to ship internationally soon.

Can we specify a delivery day?

I’m afraid at the moment we only ship once a week to ensure freshness. But as we grow, we’ll be sure to add this feature!

Can I pay with Apple Pay?

Yes you can. But please be aware that some third-party payment systems, such as Apple Pay, can override the delivery address that you manually type.

Are the brownies suitable for everyone?

Please see the product description to see the ingredients list and allergens. Not all brownies will be suitable for everyone. Please get in touch with our team if in any doubt.

What is the shelf life of the brownies?

All our brownies and blondies will last at room temperature for a week. For best results, keep them in the fridge for up to 10 days, or freeze them for up to six months.

What is your returns policy?

Our brownies, amazing as they are, are perishable items and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund once out for delivery. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will see what we can do to resolve the problem.

Do you serve weddings and parties?

We certainly do! Get in touch with our team and we can tailor-bake anything to suit your day or event.

Do your brownies contain alcohol?

We have a licenced premises and are able to sell alcoholic bakes, however this will clearly be indicated in each product listing. We will never include alcohol without you knowing.

Can I change the flavours in the box?

Unfortuantely, at this stage we are unable to make changes and create bespoke boxes. We aim to be able to offer a ‘pick n mix’ option in the future.

Are there any allergens in the brownies?

All our regular brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, and soya, with possible traces of nut. Detailed allergen and ingredient information can be found on the actual product page if you scroll down.
